Choose to Love
The Universal Language of Music
We need a cosmopolitan* approach which seeks integration, not divide.

Choose to Love
Youtube song video (2018)
https //www youtube com/watch?v=g4v6SpMKDQU
Note from PF: The basic idea is to love one’s self first, then love others. By using a
multi-racial platform to present this lovely song, all of the musicians work together to
complete the whole. All are equally vital to the finished composition’s effect and success.
This is the way it should be in life.
*not a Utopian ideal cosmopolitan approach; the definition here means responsibly and
maturely working together while retaining individual differences. It does not mean a
dissolution of all nations borders for global communism or socialism. It doesn’t mean
trying to make everyone the same, or trying to enforce one set of ideas using draconian
measures.
The Magic of a Good Mix #2 India
The Universal Language of Music
This Good Mix series found on the Black Lives Matter Enough is Enough sections is
to show that we can respect blacks and other persons of color as fellow human beings,
but not like Black Lives Matter because of its cultist, criminalistic, terrorist and race-dividing tendencies. A Good Mix means a
good mixture of races and cultures.
But it also means people can go home into separate groups without guilt or governmental/societal pressures. We have free will
and choices in these matters.
If there is forced inclusion or forced or manipulated mixed bloodlines, one group might or not feel supported, another group
might fee oppressed. We do not have to “do mixes” all of the time. One group might try to run down isolated groups to try to
make them more like their group, like forced religion.
Music can help us heal our anger over real or perceived qualitative divides.

Winyo: Benga & Traditional Music from Kenya
Dec. 11, 2014
Jump to 8:00 to get past the intro to the music. Lead singer says: “Give a Hand to your Souls: The Soul is One; There is no color,
No tribe, No country, There’s only spirit. One great [?] is the music.” Song of Lake Victoria.
Winyo performs traditional Luo songs infused with witty storylines, Afro fusion, Afro jazz, and Benga (a mix of contemporary
music with traditional Kenyan Luo music in which the guitar is played to mimic a Luo eight-string lyre called a nyatiti).Winyo sings
in Dholuo, Swahili and English. Speaker Biography: Born Shiphton Onyango, Winyo adopted the artistic name "Winyo," which is a
Luo word for "bird." The Luo are a tribe from the Lake Victoria region of Western Kenya. He says that he derives his music and
musical strength from his forefathers, whose African music was rich in melody and traditional harmonies.

Lost John Ray, fiddler
Rough Old-Time Mountain Folk Make The Best Music prod. by David Hoffman
Discusses and shows old 1965 fiddler player in North Carolina
https //www youtube com/watch?v=GrSl6r0hZpk
Excerpt: The time was 1965 and I was making my first documentary for television. I got sent to the mountains of North Carolina.
Asheville. Buncombe County. Madison County. Wilkes County. I was on the road with the great collector of music Bascom Lamar
Lunsford. He was taking me to the best of the best, the folks he was going to choose to perform at his mountain dance and folk
Festival, the first festival of that type in the USA. My film ran on national primetime television in 1966 and showed Americans for
the first time what these people were like, not just their wonderful musicianship, but this storytelling and poetry and dance and
culture. One day Bascom took me to Jesse "Lost John" Ray, who he said folks in that region called the greatest fiddler….. They
treated me beautifully and gave me the opportunity to record wonderful 16mm film… I loved mountain music – bluegrass music
– country music back then, and I still do today. Especially when played by "real folks" like Lost John.

Take down the CCP Chinese DIssident
https //www taiwannews com.tw/en/news/4009113
TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — Exiled Chinese billionaire Guo Wengui released his first single, "Take Down the CCP," last week, and it has
since skyrocketed up the music charts around the world, even topping the U.S. iTunes chart at one point.
As of Tuesday morning (Sept. 15), the rap song remains in the No. 2 slot on the iTunes download chart in Hong Kong and No. 3 in
Taiwan.
Guo first released "Take Down the CCP" on Sept. 8 on Gnews, a media platform he founded. The billionaire has promised to
launch more songs that he says will uncover the true nature of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), reported CNA.
Chinese dissident launches new single: 'Take Down the CCP'
Guo Wengui’s new rap song topped iTunes charts in US despite China's attempt at censorship
In the lyrics, Guo highlighted Beijing's attempts to silence dissidents, saying free speech is its biggest enemy. He emphasized that
the CCP has destroyed families and that it is time for the Chinese to "rise above" and take back their home.
During a livestream, Guo credited his single to a 12-member team based in the U.S., including Chinese songwriter Tang Ping . He
said Beijing has censored the song in China but that its request that international mainstream music platforms follow suit was
denied.

See a Magic of a Good Mix
Songs from around the world depict a
unifying aspect. Music is a universal
language. As such, let us apply a
lingua franca, a cosmopolitan
approach in the public domain, a way
to conduct affairs and communicate
so basic rights and needs shared by all
humans are addressed. It is a way to
get along with each other despite
differences. But at the end of the day,
we are able to go home and bask
peacefully in our individuality and
culture. The American system is that
unifying approach. We need to be in
synchronized agreement on certain
key issues. Many of us have a “true”
red-white-and-blue America in our
hearts and preferences, but the nation
has many types vying for dominance.
Terrorist-cartel, Communist Chinese,
Radical Islam, Marxist, East European
neo-Soviet style or radical religious
control are not options.
