The National Council of La Raza - NCLR - was established in 1968 as the Southwest Council of La Raza. La Raza puts on a
respectable front but its true agenda is based on racism and ethnic superiority. La Raza plays the victim role to the max.
La Raza means ‘The Race.’ In 2017, La Raza changed their name to UnidosUS.
The Rise of La Raza
The National Council of La Raza was founded in the stormy days of 1968 and has one of the most questionable names in
the political realm. La Raza can betranslated as “The Race.” (NCLR disputes this translation, saying it is more properly
translated as “the people.”) It has gone from a fringe organization that many would view as outright racist to a leading
voice on policymaking, influential in the Obama administration and corporate America. It has used this clout to claim it
speaks for all Hispanic Americans. But that’s not always the case. The politically connected organization claims 300
affiliates in 41 states, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia. Headquartered in the nation’s capital, it has state and
regional offices in Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Phoenix, and San Antonio, Texas.
La Raza has pushed for immigration amnesty, opposed workplace enforcement, and fought against even the most basic
voter integrity and national security proposals. (La Raza was previously profiled in the December 2007 Foundation
President Obama, a longtime ally of La Raza, has been taking friendly fire from the group of late, but the drama is left-
wing kabuki theater. As President Franklin Roosevelt told his left-wing allies after winning the election in 1932, “I agree
with you, I want to do it, now make me do it.”
That’s what La Raza is doing.

2017/09/19 TESTIMONY OF THOMAS A. SAENZ, PRESIDENT AND GENERAL COUNSEL, MALDEF BEFORE THE
POLICY AND COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE
Excerpt: Good afternoon. My name is Thomas A. Saenz, and I am president and general counsel of MALDEF
(Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund), which, next year, will celebrate 50 years promoting
the civil rights of all Latinos living in the United States. MALDEF is headquartered in Los Angeles, with
offices in Chicago; San Antonio, where we were founded; and Washington, D.C.

CA: Proposition 187
Influence Watch dot org
Excerpt: In 1993, Saenz joined MALDEF as a staff attorney. One of his first cases was suing the state of
California over Proposition 187, which was passed in 1994 to prevent illegal immigrants from accessing public
services. It banned illegal immigrants from education, most healthcare services, and other state-funded
services. It also required all service providers to report suspected illegal immigrants to the California Attorney
General’s office and to federal immigration authorities....MALDEF, along with other organizations, sued to
block the implementation of the proposition. A federal judge immediately blocked all but one provision of
187, a provision that made the forgery of state documents a felony....In August 2005, Saenz left
MALDEF and joined the four-person executive team for then-Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa (D).
Saenz officially became counsel to the mayor of Los Angeles. One of Saenz’s jobs was to help lead the
legislative effort to change the governance of the Los Angeles Unified School District. Saenz also served as a
lead negotiator with the city’s public employee unions. During Saenz’s tenure, Los Angeles suffered a major
financial downturn that
threatened its budget.

Murguía herself was long active in Democratic politics before becoming head of La Raza in 2005. She worked in Bill
Clinton’s White House, eventually serving as deputy assistant to the president. Murguía went on to be the deputy
campaign manager and director of constituency outreach for the Al Gore presidential campaign in 2000.
From there, she became vice chancellor for university relations at the University of Kansas in 2001. She was an
activist in 2004 against the voter-approved Proposition 200 in Arizona, which required residents to prove
citizenship before registering to vote or legal immigration status before applying for public benefits.

2020/06/10 SPEC OPS EXPERT JEFFREY PRATHER ON ANTIFA INSURGENCY
Excerpt: George Webb has been reporting that Antifa is being organized by the same transnational DNC network
behind the Muslim Brotherhood and now through the auspices of Minnesota State Attorney General, Keith Ellison,
it is also allied with the extreme La Raza movement (also funded by George Soros). La Raza teaches that the
territory that was ceded to the US by Mexico in 1848 (most of the Western US states) belongs to them and that
once enough Latino immigrants, legal or illegal claim a majority, the current borders of the United States will be
extinguished. Webb says we should keep our eyes on Ellison, who has publicly supported both Antifa and the
Muslim Brotherhood and who he believes is a major coordinator of these and other extremist groups – and their
gun-running activities. He says they’re getting their

Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan, or Chicano Student Movement of Aztlan (MEChA), one of
anti-American groups in the country, which has permeated U.S. campuses since the 1960s
“Chicano is our identity; it defines who we are as people. It rejects the notion that
assimilate into the Anglo-American melting pot…Aztlan was the legendary
homeland of the
Aztecas … It became synonymous with the vast territories of the Southwest, brutally stolen from a
Mexican people marginalized and betrayed by the hostile custodians of the Manifest Destiny.”
MEChA was in fact reported to be one of the main organizers of those street demonstrations we
witnessed over the past weeks. That helps explain why those hordes of illegal immigrants weren’t
asking for amnesty — they were demanding an end to U.S. law, period. Unlike past waves of
immigrants whosought to become responsible members of American society, these protesters reject
society because they have been taught that America rightfully belongs to them
Miguel Perez of Cal State-Northridge’s MEChA chapter has been quoted as saying: “The ultimate ideology
is the liberation of
Aztlan. Communism would be closest [to it]. Once Aztlan is established, ethnic
cleansing would commence: Non-Chicanos would have to be expelled — opposition groups would be
quashed because you
have to keep power.”

WHAT TO DO ABOUT LA RAZA - C Norton, 2006
1. Denounce the motto “For La Raza todo. Fuera de La Raza nada,” as repugnant, racist, and totally incompatible
with American society or citizenship.
2. Acknowledge the right of all Americans to live wherever they choose in the U.S. without segregation.
3. Commit to sponsorship of nationwide educational programs to combat racism and anti-Semitism in the Hispanic
4. Denounce and sever all ties with MEChA and any other organizations with which they have ever been associated
which held to the racist doctrines held by MEChA.
5. Acknowledge the internationally recognized borders of the U.S., the right of the citizens of the U.S. to determine
immigration policy through the democratic process, and the right of the U.S. to undertake any and all necessary
steps to effectively enforce immigration law and defend its border against unauthorized entry.
6. Repudiate all claims that current American territory rightfully belongs to Mexico

2009/12/16 Paying Off 'La Raza'. By Ben Shapiro.
Excerpt: On Dec. 9, Obama nominated Mari Del Carmen Aponte to be ambassador to El Salvador, despite the fact
that in the late 1990s, the FBI discovered that she was working with Cuban intelligence officers. According to
Insight Magazine, "When the FBI eventually questioned her about her involvement with Cuban intelligence, she
reportedly refused to cooperate."…Why would Aponte escape the Obama administration's scrutiny? Because she is
a former board member of the National Council of La Raza (NCLR), the largest Hispanic advocacy organization in
the United States, with 300 affiliated community-based organizations, many of which run like local ACORN offices.
In fact, the day before Obama nominated Aponte, NCLR-affiliate Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC) was raided by the
Phoenix Sheriff's Office, which was investigating a kickback scheme between CPLC and indicted Maricopa County
Supervisor Mary Rose Wilcox. CPLC allegedly gave Wilcox $297,000 in undisclosed loans in exchange for her votes
to award over a million dollars in county contracts to CPLC.
Excerpt: Are you seriously suggesting there's no evidence of this [ie, La Raza discrimination, hatred and war
against United States]? It's not only 'considered' a reference to racial genocide, it's been blatantly stated by
members of the raza movement. The expression 'la raza' is spanish for 'the race.' Try a google search for 'eliminate
the gringos' and you'll find about 15,000 references to the founder of La Raza Unida political party saying that
mexicans need to kill whites and take land back from them. Next try a search for the phrase Por La Raza todo,
Fuera de La Raza nada. (For the race, everyone, for those outside the race, nothing.) Read the criticisms section of
this wikipedia article. Here's a quote from an article on Zogby: ' This group’s charter calls for the annexation to
Mexico—by violent means if necessary—of the entire Southwestern United States.' How about go to the Official
MEChA website and look at their logo. Notice the stick of dynamite and machete it's holding? How about This
article which quotes Art Oliver, former Vice Presidential candidate as having said 'My campaign headquarters
received a package...The first page said the whites will soon go back to Europe, the blacks must go back to Africa
and scribbled on the bottom was ‘and f*** Asians too. We will take our land back through RECONQUISTA!’ The next
two pages are El Plan de Aztlan. It starts off ‘be warned Gringos’ and goes into how the La Raza de Bronze will drive
out the exploiters and declares independence of their mestizo nation.' You want videos? Try a youtube search for 'la
raza reconquista' There's no shortage of evidence on this topic. 18.104.22.168 (talk) 08:01, 7 October 2008 (UTC)
[Note: refutation following this excerpt suggests that these references to the dangers of the La Raza are highly
biased toward the right wing].
