Mexican/Latino nationals, heavy Hispanic accents answering phones at all vehicle and health insurance companies, health insurance, banks and credit unions that start only hiring Hispanics and Muslims or otherwise browns and blacks…US govt equal employment opportunity division only blacks answering phone (what are chances reverse-racism would be handled ethically there?) It also includes debt collector aggressive monitoring and even behind-the-scenes influencing in odd ways. The debt collectors also have that racial identity politics issue that mirror the corporations they work for. Odd influencing could include something like Walmart and credit card company being in collusion. Credit reporting agencies and background checks companies might also be part of the same corporate groups. Screeners should be third party objective, not part of hiring decision. Both Republicans and Democrats could be hooked into regional hospitals with that interconnected corruption, but with a religious thread in particular to watch for. Local state shadow governments compounded by national and global racial ildentity politics in Bankruptcy courts and attorneys can be an extension of this problem of racial identity politics, particularly with mostly or all Hispanics/Latinos, and even with white judges. This showed up in New Mexico. Case and US trustee attorneys (and maybe in some way a judge who is also an attorney) can be exploiting what they glean from a debtor case filer to extend their own private practice income by going after debtors seeking bankruptcy and turning on them to work with their listed creditors (the ones owed money to). Attorneys can share what they learn about a debtor in both fiduciary and non-fiduciary relationships among themselves across town, with a racial identity politics vendetta issue among them.
